We provide pre-proposal support by working with your business development/capture team during its planning and preparation phases. Additionally, we provide research concerning management processes, technical systems, support tools, and potential competition.
During proposal development, we work with your team to ensure all requirements are addressed; your information is complete; the volumes provide a consistent message; necessary reviews are accomplished; production is completed on schedule; and, the proposal is submitted on time.
Our post-delivery support includes preparing the final answers to questions and proposal responses. We also work with Oral coaches regarding the preparation and production of presentation material.
